Principals 
Beverly Bernstein Joie, MS, President of Elder ConnectionsA Certified Care Manager with more than 20 years' experience as a psychotherapist, Beverly has worked in senior care since 1994, both in assisted living communities and in private practice. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and is licensed to provide Long Term Care Insurance products. A much sought-after speaker on geriatric care management, she has contributed to numerous articles on the subject for The Philadelphia Inquirer and other news media. Beverly holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Antioch University and a Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Relations from Villanova University. 
Dolores Tracey Magid, M.Ed., Executive Vice President A psychotherapist for more than 25 years, Dolores is a Certified Geriatric Care Manager and has counseled individuals and families both in hospital settings and in private practice. She has been involved in numerous workshops and presentations to professional groups (such as county bar associations) on the topic of elder care planning and the role of the geriatric care manager. She is member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers. Dolores holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from Temple University. Staff 
Joanne Collier, Director of Home Care OperationsWith over 17 years combined experience in the health care field, Joanne has provided care directly as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Home Care Coordinator. Her diversity in these areas affords her a better understanding of the individual needs of each client as well as the needs of those entrusted to her care. Joanne directs the home care registry with compassionate and responsive service to clients as well as managing the daily operations of Elder Connections. 
Ellen Glavin, RN, Director of Nursing ServicesWith over 20 years of experience, Ellen has worked in both home health care settings and in pediatric nursing. She was the Director of Nursing and a Visiting RN/Case Manager at Absolute Nursing Care in Baltimore, Maryland for 5 years. She also was one of the founders and Clinical Director of Lauren's House, an extended care center for special needs children. Ellen provides medical geriatric care management services as well as supervision of our home care division. Ellen holds a nursing diploma from Lankenau Hospital School of Nursing. 
Shareese Robinson, Home Care CoordinatorShareese is a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and maintains certifications in Med Tech, AED, and CPR. Shareese is a shining force at Elder Connections. No matter how stressful our day can be, she is always passionate and devoted to the seniors she serves. Prior to Elder Connections, Shareese worked for 12 years at the Inglis House.
